Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

The product must not be marked as a "final sale" item

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved:

A refund will be processed to your original method of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to a product defect or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping fees.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rebootlabsglobal@gmail.com with:

A clear photo of the item and packaging

Your order number

We will replace the item or issue a full refund based on the situation.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

Perishable goods (if applicable)

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
